What do you need to build my cleaning website?
I need your business details, services, service areas, logo, images and final website text. I also need the access required to build the website.
Will my WordPress website work on mobile phones?
Yes. I will check the included pages on phones, tablets and computers. Customers should be able to read your services and send an enquiry from each device.
Can customers request a cleaning quote?
Yes. Every package includes a quote request form with up to five fields. It collects enquiries and sends them to your business email. It does not calculate prices automatically.
Can you add a booking system to my cleaning website?
Yes, as additional work. Tell me whether you need appointment slots, online payments or an instant quote calculator. I will confirm the cost, timing and any paid tools before we start.
Will I own my WordPress website?
Yes. You keep full admin access and ownership of the delivered website, files, database and custom work. Any paid licenses must be purchased in your own account. Third party tools remain subject to their license terms.
Do you provide hosting, a domain or Elementor Pro?
These are not included. If your website needs Elementor Pro or another paid tool, you purchase the license in your own account so you control future renewals.
Do you write the content for my cleaning business?
The packages use your supplied text and images. Copywriting and image sourcing are separate services and need to be agreed before ordering.
Can you redesign my existing cleaning website?
Yes. Send me your current website and explain what needs to change. I will check the setup and confirm the scope before you order.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover changes to the agreed layout, colours, image placement and text placement. New pages, new features or a different design direction require additional work.
What support do I get after delivery?
You get seven days of support for bugs in the work I delivered. New features, content updates and problems caused by later changes are not included.
