Do I need to give you admin access?
Yes - a temporary admin user (and hosting/FTP access for critical errors). Delete it after delivery. I never keep credentials.
Will you break anything?
I take a full backup before touching anything and work on staging when your host supports it. If something can't be fixed without side effects, I tell you before doing it.
What if the issue is caused by my hosting?
I'll tell you exactly what to ask your host, or handle the ticket with you. No charge if I can't fix it.
Can you fix WooCommerce / Elementor / Divi problems?
Yes, all of them. Page-builder and checkout issues are most of my work.
