FAQ
Why are my WordPress emails not sending?
Common causes include unreliable PHP mail, SMTP authentication errors, incorrect From settings, hosting restrictions, or DNS problems. I diagnose the cause and configure a tested WordPress SMTP solution.
Can you configure WP Mail SMTP?
Yes. I can install or configure WP Mail SMTP and connect a compatible SMTP or API provider, then test sending from your WordPress website.
Can you fix Contact Form 7 email issues?
Yes. Contact Form 7 is covered. I check the form notification settings, sender configuration, SMTP connection, and actual delivery. Other forms can be included according to the package.
Do you fix WooCommerce emails not sending?
Yes, WooCommerce order and notification emails are included in Standard and Premium. Basic is limited to one form or notification flow.
What access is required for a WordPress SMTP setup?
Usually a temporary WordPress admin account and access to the chosen email provider. DNS or hosting access may be needed for authentication or server-level issues.
Can you fix multiple forms or websites?
Standard covers one website with the stated test scope. Multiple websites, domains, migrations, OAuth troubleshooting, or extensive custom debugging should be discussed first for a tailored offer.
