I am author of Mastering XSLT by Sybex and co-author of Mastering XML. I've done complex XSLT for major companies such as eBay, Hewlett Packard, and Pearson. Now I bring that same quality of production to you.
Recent work has included conversion of Word documents and other XML formats such as Docbook to DITA. Extensive work on enterprise-level web apps as well.
Because of the varied nature of XML documents, it is impossible to provide a firm price without understanding your needs. For example, if you have existing XSLT, it may require some reverse engineering. If the original XSLT was poorly developed, it can add to the delivery time.

What kind of output can your XSTL render?
I can output to JSON, XML, RTF, and PDF. For PDF, I can provide you an XSL-FO XML file or the final PDF. This depends on your needs.
