For your peace of mind, I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a legal agreement that ensures your manuscript, ideas, and content remain completely confidential and are never shared or used outside of your project. If you require an NDA, please provide your form, and I will be happy to review and sign it. If no NDA is provided, all work is still handled with strict confidentiality and professional discretion.

What is included in a “Proof & Polish” edit?
Proof & Polish focuses on line-level refinement and proofreading. This includes grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence clarity, flow, and voice consistency. It does not include developmental restructuring or rewriting.
Do you provide developmental editing?
Yes. Developmental editing is included only in the Premium (WolfTone Signature Publishing) package. This level focuses on structure, organization, pacing, and clarity at the manuscript level.
Will you rewrite my manuscript?
I do not ghostwrite or fully rewrite content within these packages. My role is to refine, strengthen, and clarify your existing work while preserving your voice. If extensive rewriting is needed, please contact me for a custom offer.
How are edits delivered?
All edits are delivered in Microsoft Word using Track Changes, so you can clearly see and review every edit made. A clean copy can be provided after revisions are approved.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be added if needed through a custom offer.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I operate a professional editorial team within WolfTone Editorial & Publishing. All manuscripts are reviewed to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to your selected package.
Can you help me publish my book on Amazon?
This includes eBook and paperback formatting and upload assistance. Cover design and ISBN purchases are not included unless stated otherwise.
What file format should I send?
Please submit your manuscript as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx). This allows for proper Track Changes and professional editing.
What if my manuscript is longer than the word limit?
Manuscripts exceeding the listed word counts require a custom offer. Please message me with your word count and goals, and I’ll be happy to assist.
