I will write knowledge base articles and help center documentation for your saas
Turning Complex Ideas Into Clear, Professional Content and Design
About this Gig
Your support team answers the same question forty times a week.
A good help center answers it once, properly, and the ticket never gets opened.
I write support documentation that customers can actually follow: short sentences, numbered steps, one task per article, and no assumed knowledge. Written for the frustrated user at 11 pm, not for your product team.
What you get:
- Setup and onboarding walkthroughs
- Task-based how-to articles ("How to invite a teammate")
- Troubleshooting guides organized by symptom, not by cause
- FAQ pages built from your real support tickets
- A category structure that makes articles findable
I work from: your product, your existing ticket history, a demo call, or just a login. Send me your top 20 support tickets, and I'll turn them into a help center.
Delivered in Markdown, Google Docs, or uploaded directly to Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or Notion.

FAQ
Do you need access to the product?
A trial or demo account gives the best results. I use the product and document what I actually see. If that's not possible, a recorded walkthrough works.
Where do you get the article topics?
Ideally from your support tickets. The questions customers already ask are the articles you need. If you don't have ticket data, I'll propose a topic list based on your product's core flows.
Do you provide screenshots?
I'll take them from a trial account if I have access, and mark exactly where they go if I don't. Annotation and editing of screenshots are available as an add-on.
Can you upload directly into our help desk?
Yes, Zendesk, Intercom, HelpScout, and Notion. Available as an add-on; I'll need contributor access.
Can you rewrite our existing help center?
Yes. Send me the current articles, and I'll audit and rebuild them.
