What causes #REF! and #N/A, and can you fix both?
Yes. #REF! usually means a formula points at a deleted or moved cell. #N/A usually means a lookup found no match. I correct the reference or lookup and note what changed.
Will you change my layout or numbers?
No. I only fix the formulas. Your inputs, labels, and formatting stay as they are unless you ask me to change something.
Do you work in Google Sheets as well as Excel?
Yes. Send a Google Sheets link with edit access, or an Excel file (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls). The fixes and test notes work the same way in both.
How do I know each fix is correct?
Every fix comes with a test note showing the value the cell now returns. Standard and Premium add a test sheet that checks each fixed cell against an expected result.
Can this be done without a call?
Yes. Everything is handled in writing through Fiverr chat. Send the file and a list of the cells or tabs with errors.
