I will build production n8n workflows with error handling and docs
Web Scraping Apify Automation Developer
About this Gig
Most automations fail silently. You find out a week later when a customer complains.
I build n8n workflows the way you'd build production software: every API call has
retry and error handling, every run is logged, and you get a runbook so you know
what to do when something breaks.
What you get:
- Clean node structure with named branches (no spaghetti)
- Retry + fallback on every external API call
- An error workflow that alerts you instead of failing silently
- All workflows exported to your GitHub, version-controlled
- A one-page runbook: what it does, who owns it, what to do when it fails
I self-host n8n in production myself. I'm not a no-code reseller if your workflow
needs custom JavaScript or a Python transform, I write it instead of telling you
it can't be done.

Before ordering, message me with: (1) what you're automating, (2) which apps are
involved, (3) roughly how many runs per month. I'll tell you honestly if it's a
good fit or if there's a simpler way.
FAQ
Q1: Do I need my own n8n server?
Not necessarily. If you already self-host, I'll work in your instance. If not, I'll recommend a setup (typically a €5-20/mo VPS) and can provision it as an extra. I don't resell hosting.
Q2: What happens when a workflow breaks after delivery?
Every package includes a support window (7/30/60 days). Beyond that I'm available for fixes at an hourly rate. The runbook I deliver is written so someone else on your team could debug it without me.
Q3: Can you work with Make.com or Zapier instead?
Yes for Make.com. For Zapier, see my migration gig — moving off Zapier is usually worth it once your bill passes a few hundred dollars a month.
Q4: Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, send it before ordering and I'll sign it. I won't resell or reuse your workflows, and everything I build stays in your GitHub.
