You need to have a domain and hosting (if you don't have these I will assist you) along with the content of the WordPress website. If you do not have text prepared, I can build your WordPress website with dummy content and yours can be added later once you have it.

Will I be able to edit my created WordPress website?

Yes, all of our three packages offer functional websites. The only difference is the number of pages, eCommerce functionality, etc.
What if I need eCommerce functionality for my website but don't want to purchase eCommerce plan?
We have an eCommerce package addon that you can couple with packages other than eCommerce package to get eCommerce functionality.
What do you mean by 100 products in eCommerce package?
By 100 products, it means that your website has the capability of selling unlimited number of products, however, it doesn't mean that we shall be uploading the products. We will upload a couple for your reference and will provide you a video demonstration about how to upload products to your website
