Please send clear product photos, your selling points / copy text, product dimensions, reference styles you like, and any special requirements.
Does the Basic / Standard package include 3D rendering or AI scene creation?
No. AI-assisted art and 3D modeling & rendering are only included in the Advanced package.
How many revisions do I get for each package?
Basic: 2 revisions; Standard: 3 revisions; Advanced: 4 revisions. Extra revisions are charged separately.
Are your designs compliant with Amazon rules?
Yes. All designs follow Amazon image and A+ Content guidelines to avoid rejection.
What files will I receive after delivery?
You will get ready-to-upload JPG/PNG files, high-resolution source files (PSD).
What is your turnaround time?
Normally, I finish the project within 7 days. Delays may happen if your materials are provided late, incorrect or incomplete. In such cases, delivery can take 15–30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
