Launching a winter headwear drop and need more than a logo pasted onto a template?
I design custom beanies, balaclavas, ski masks and knitted headwear for streetwear brands, clothing labels and merch collections. Each concept is developed around your brand, preferred silhouette, colors, logo placements and production needs.
Depending on your package, you can receive:
- Original headwear design
- Front, side and back views
- Rib-knit, cuff, jacquard, embroidery, patch or woven-label details
- Multiple colorways
- Realistic product mockups
- Editable source files
- Manufacturer-ready placement and specification sheet
Suitable for cuffed beanies, fisherman beanies, pom-pom beanies, earflap styles, balaclavas and ski masks.
Important: This service includes design artwork, mockups and production specifications. Embroidery machine files such as DST/PES and factory knitting programs are included only when agreed before ordering.

I’m Mansoury, a streetwear and apparel designer specializing in custom garments, tracksuits, fashion mockups and factory-ready tech packs.

Do you design the beanie from scratch?
Yes. I can develop an original beanie, balaclava or ski mask concept using your brand identity, logo, references and preferred style.
What headwear styles can you create?
I can design cuffed beanies, fisherman beanies, rib-knit styles, pom-pom beanies, earflap beanies, ski masks and balaclavas.
Is a tech pack included?
A complete production specification sheet is included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard focus on design development, colorways and mockups.
Are DST or PES embroidery files included?
DST, PES and other machine embroidery files are not included unless they are specifically agreed before ordering.
Can you create a jacquard or all-over knitted design?
Yes. I can create the visual pattern, repeat layout and color direction. Factory knitting programs are not included unless agreed separately.
What files will I receive?
Depending on the package, files can include JPG, transparent PNG, PDF, AI, SVG or PSD.
Can you design an entire winter headwear collection?
Yes. I can create multiple coordinated beanies, balaclavas or ski masks through a custom offer.
