I will design and develop embedded hardware devices and pcbs
About this Gig
Enterprise Embedded Hardware Development
I develop one defined embedded hardware device from requirements and architecture through PCB, firmware integration and documentation.
Services may include:
- System architecture and component selection
- MCU/SoC, power and interface design
- Schematics and custom PCB layout
- Sensors, displays, cameras and communication modules
- Embedded firmware, drivers and protocols
- Simulation, board bring-up and verification
- BOM, manufacturing files, source files and documentation
- Enclosure and mechanical interface coordination
The listed USD 10,000 price covers one mutually agreed baseline scope, not every device configuration. Final price and schedule depend on functionality, interfaces, PCB complexity, processing platform, power, wireless or high-speed design, enclosure, prototype manufacturing, testing and compliance requirements.
Please contact me before ordering to confirm scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule and final quotation.
Components, PCB fabrication and assembly, enclosure manufacturing, certification, EMC testing, shipping and production support are separate unless included in the agreed scope.

FAQ
Is USD 10,000 the final price for every hardware project?
No. USD 10,000 covers one mutually agreed baseline scope. The final quotation and schedule are confirmed after reviewing the functions, interfaces, PCB complexity, firmware, prototype and testing requirements.
What hardware development services can you provide?
The agreed scope may include system architecture, component selection, schematics, PCB layout, firmware, drivers, interface integration, board bring-up, testing plans, BOM and manufacturing documentation.
Does the price include components and a physical prototype?
Not by default. Components, PCB fabrication, assembly, enclosure manufacturing, laboratory testing and shipping are quoted separately unless they are explicitly included in the agreed scope.
Will I receive the design source files and manufacturing files?
Yes, when included in the agreed deliverables. Files may include schematics, PCB source files, Gerber files, BOM, firmware source code and technical documentation, subject to third-party license restrictions.
Is the first PCB design immediately ready for mass production?
Not automatically. Production release normally requires prototype fabrication, board bring-up, functional testing, design corrections and any applicable EMC, safety or certification testing.
