I'm Cristian, a mastering engineer, producer, DJ, and label owner based in Romania. Because I actively run a label and play live, I know exactly what A&Rs, promoters, and DJs expect from a final master. I specialize heavily in techno, hard techno, and industrial genres, having mastered individual tracks, EPs, and full albums for artists worldwide.
My Mastering Approach: I use a hybrid setup featuring an SSL2 MK2 audio interface for high-end conversion and analog warmth, paired with surgical digital processing in Ableton Live. My goal is to maximize your track's loudness and transient punch while ensuring your kick and sub-bass translate flawlessly to massive PA systems without muddying the mix.
What I need from you:

- Ensure there is no clipping and no limiters on the master bus (please leave -3dB to -6dB of headroom).

How should I prepare my track for mastering?
Please send a high-quality 24-bit WAV file. Ensure there are no limiters, clippers, or heavy compression on the master bus. Please leave between -3dB to -6dB of headroom so I have dynamic space to work with.
Do you only master techno and hard techno?
While techno, hard techno, and dark industrial are my absolute specialties as a producer and label owner, I master all subgenres of electronic music. If it belongs in a club or on a festival rig, I can make it hit hard.
Will my master be loud enough for DJs and streaming?
Yes! I optimize the LUFS to strike the perfect balance. You will get a master that hits heavy on club PAs (perfect for Beatport) while maintaining the dynamic clarity needed for streaming platforms like Spotify.
What if I want something adjusted after I hear the master?
The gig includes revisions! If you test the master on your speakers or in your DJ software (like Rekordbox) and feel the kick needs more punch or the highs need taming, just let me know. We will tweak it until it's perfect.
Do you offer stem mastering?
This gig is for standard stereo mastering (a single final mixdown WAV). If you want me to process your kick, bass, drums, and synths separately for even tighter control, please send me a message for a custom stem mastering offer!
