I design, build and operate my own software end to end. Closet Organizer Pro - an iOS app I built and shipped solo, live on the App Store in the US, China and Japan at version 3.11. SwiftUI, widgets, iCloud sync, on-device photo analysis. FuPanJi - a subscription service delivering a daily post-market review of the Chinese A-share market to paying subscribers. Python pipeline on Fly.io with hard timeouts, fallback sources and failure alerting. Runs unattended every trading day.
