What if the root cause is not known?
Message me first. I can quote an investigation whose deliverable is a diagnostic report. A repair price is agreed after the likely cause and scope are understood.
Can you fix build, database or authentication errors?
Possibly, after reviewing the stack and reproduction. These are not automatically minor bugs. Major upgrades, security incidents and changes across several systems require a custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of changes to the agreed design or behaviour. New pages, workflows, integrations or a new design direction require an extra or custom offer.
Are hosting and third-party fees included?
No. Domain, hosting, database subscriptions, paid APIs, email services and licensed assets are paid by you. Any setup included in your package is separate from recurring fees.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes, source files for the agreed custom development and setup notes are included. Third-party libraries and assets remain subject to their own licences. Never send passwords or secret keys in the initial requirements.
What happens after delivery?
For 7 calendar days after delivery, I correct reproducible defects in the agreed work at no extra charge. New features, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance need a separate offer. This does not limit Fiverr order or revision rights.
