What access do you need?
Depending on the infection, I may need WordPress administrator access, hosting access or SFTP access. I will confirm the access required before starting.
Will you back up my website?
Yes. I will back up the accessible website files and the database before making changes. If access restrictions prevent a backup, I will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Can you remove Google security warnings?
The Premium package includes cleanup and assistance with submitting a security review request. Google or the relevant provider decides whether to remove the warning and how long its review takes. Approval within the package delivery time is not guaranteed.
Will my website stay malware-free?
No service can guarantee that a website will never be compromised again. Keeping software updated, using strong passwords and maintaining secure hosting helps reduce the risk. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are not included.
