Is this an instant download or a setup service?
This is a setup service using my original reusable Excel templates. I configure the agreed files for your project and deliver them through your Fiverr order. Historical data loading is included only within your selected package limits.
What do you need from me?
Your project type, budget categories, reporting date and Excel version. Standard also needs one clean cost table and your estimated remaining costs. Premium needs planned cash dates and amounts, plus change order details. Share only records you are authorized to provide.
Will you estimate the work from drawings?
This Gig organizes the budget and cost estimates you provide. Quantity takeoffs, engineering design and independent market pricing are not included.
Does the cash plan update automatically from the cost tracker?
Premium includes three separate workbooks for costs, cash planning and change orders. They do not synchronize automatically. Your guide explains which information to update in each file. Costs and payment dates are kept distinct.
Can you connect directly to SAP or QuickBooks?
Live connections are not included. Standard can use one clean Excel or CSV cost export within the package limit. Send a redacted sample on Fiverr before ordering if your export needs mapping. Complex transformations require a separate scope.
What is a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the agreed project, data limits and features. Additional projects, new integrations or a substantially different workflow require a separate scope. This is a one-time setup, not ongoing monthly reporting.
Which spreadsheet application is required?
You receive editable XLSX files. Tell me your Microsoft Excel version and whether you use Windows or Mac so I can confirm compatibility before your order. Google Sheets and Apple Numbers compatibility are not included.
Can I reuse the file for other projects?
Yes. Your business may reuse and modify its copy internally and share exported reports. I retain the underlying template rights and license them non-exclusively. Template resale or redistribution is excluded. Setup for additional projects is a separate service.
How much data will you set up in each package?
All packages cover one project. Basic: 10 budget categories, no historical cost loading. Standard: 20 categories and 100 clean cost rows. Premium adds a separate 12-month cash plan with up to 100 cash entries and a separate log with up to 25 change orders.
