Do I need my own OpenAI API key?
The bot can run in a free extractive mode with no API costs. For generated answers, yes — I'll help you set up your OpenAI key (pay-as-you-go, usually a few dollars a month).
Where will the chatbot be hosted?
Wherever you prefer: your server, Render, or another cloud. I handle deployment in the Premium package and provide setup instructions for all packages.
Can it answer in languages other than English?
Yes — Standard and Premium include multi-language support; the bot replies in the language your customer writes in.
