I will build an excel sales tracker and KPI dashboard

About this gig
Make your sales data easier to enter, track, and understand with a clean Microsoft Excel tracker and KPI dashboard.
I will build a practical workbook around your approved data structure and KPI definitions. Depending on your package, it
can include a structured input table, formulas, dropdown validation, conditional formatting, KPI cards, charts, filters, and
a simple instructions sheet.
This service is ideal for sales pipelines, weekly performance tracking, targets versus actuals, product results, team
activity, and small-business reporting.
You will receive:
An editable and organized XLSX workbook
Clear input areas and protected formula cells where suitable
Tested formulas and charts using sample or supplied data
A dashboard designed for quick review
Revisions according to your selected package
Please message me before ordering if your workbook needs data cleaning, more than one dashboard, macros, VBA,
live data connections, or complex forecasting.
The service organizes and visualizes client-approved data. It does not provide accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.

FAQ
What do you need to start?
I need your Excel file or column list, KPI definitions, sample rows, preferred charts, Excel version, and any brand colors.
Can you build a blank reusable template?
Yes. I can use clearly fictional sample rows to test the formulas and then deliver a clean reusable structure.
Do you clean messy data?
Light cleanup may be included when agreed. Large deduplication, restructuring, merging, or missing-data work requires a custom quote.
Do your packages include macros or VBA?
No. Standard packages use normal Excel tables, formulas, validation, conditional formatting, charts, PivotTables, and slicers where appropriate. Macros/VBA require separate review.
Can the dashboard update when I add rows?
I can use structured Excel tables so formulas and charts can expand more reliably. Behavior still depends on the workbook design, Excel version, and how data is entered.
Will you interpret financial performance for me?
I will display your approved metrics but will not provide accounting, tax, investment, or regulated financial advice.
