About me
Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring to IT Technical Support students at Collège La Cité. I help students troubleshoot hardware, operating system and networking problems, and I explain concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, Windows and Linux administration, and help-desk procedures in clear, plain language. I also review students’ lab work and written documentation and help them structure their troubleshooting steps. I work in both English and French.
