Scotiabank

Financial Advisor

Scotiabank • Full-time

Mar 2021 - Jun 2023 • 2 yrs 3 mos

As a Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, I worked closely with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services. My responsibilities included managing client relationships, providing guidance on everyday banking and financial planning, and ensuring transactions were handled accurately and professionally. The role strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. It also taught me the importance of building trust, explaining complex information in a simple way, and delivering reliable customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
