How do I paste it on my server?
You need WorldEdit plugin. I give you schematic + world file + paste instructions. Takes 2 minutes.
Is it lag-free and optimized?
Yes. I build with high FPS & low lag in mind. No entity spam, no heavy redstone, clean terrain that won't drop TPS.
Can you build a specific theme?
