I've spent 5 years automating online businesses, starting with my own stores on Shopify, Amazon and Etsy.
I build n8n, Make and Zapier workflows that move data between your apps: forms into Google Sheets, orders into a CRM, reports to Slack. Each one has retries and error alerts.
I set up Airtable bases with linked tables, interfaces and automations, and scrape websites into clean CSV or Google Sheets.
I also format manuscripts as EPUB and print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP.

Which platform should I choose: n8n, Zapier or Make?
Zapier is the easiest to maintain yourself, Make handles complex logic at a lower price, and n8n can be self-hosted with no per-task fees. If you're unsure, describe your process and I'll recommend one.
Do I need a paid plan?
It depends on how many tasks run per month. Small workflows often fit the free plans. I'll tell you before we start if your case needs a paid plan.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. I build everything in your account, and you keep full access after delivery.
Can you fix an automation that already exists?
Yes. Send me a screenshot or an export of the workflow and describe what goes wrong.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Bug fixes for the delivered workflows are free for 14 days after the order is complete.
