Q1: How quickly can you deliver? I need this urgently for a service.
Standard delivery is between 1 to 2 days, but I specialize in fast turnarounds. If you need it urgently within 12 to 24 hours (or even same-day), please select the Express Delivery option or message me directly I prioritize urgent memorial services immediately.
Q2: How should I send my photos, and do they need to be in order?
Upload via Fiverr, Google Drive, or Dropbox. If you want a strict chronological order, numbering your photos (01, 02, etc.) helps speed up delivery. If exact order doesn't matter, just send them as they are and I will arrange them smoothly to tell a meaningful story.
Q3: What if some of my photos are old, faded, or scanned?
I provide gentle color and lighting enhancement for up to 1 or 2 old, faded, or scanned photos for free to ensure they look clear on screens. If you need deep restoration or enhancement for more than 2 photos, it can be easily included for a small extra fee. Message me for details!
Q4: Can I choose my own background music and add video clips?
Absolutely! Send audio files or YouTube links for your chosen songs. Short video clips and voice notes are welcome too. I can also create a brand-new, personalized custom song honoring your loved one’s memories and your heartfelt words. Message me to craft a truly unique tribute!
Q5: Can you include custom text, captions, and dates?
Yes! You can add names, dates, personal messages, quotes, or photo captions. Plus, every video includes a custom intro and outro animation, fully designed to match your desired text, graphic elements, and color theme to make the tribute truly unique.
Q6: What happens if I need changes after the video is delivered?
Your peace of mind is my priority. Revisions are included to adjust photo order, correct names/dates, or change music so that the final tribute is 100% perfect for your family.
