Most workflow automations fail silently — a credential expires, an API changes, and nobody notices until data is lost. I engineer n8n and AI automations the way backend systems should be built: error handling on every branch, failure alerts, credential security, and monitoring. That's the difference between a demo and infrastructure.

FAQ
Are my credentials and data safe?
Yes. Credentials live in n8n's encrypted credential store — never in plain text or shared docs. For sensitive data I recommend self-hosting (I set that up too) so nothing leaves your infrastructure. Happy to sign an NDA.
What happens when the workflow breaks?
It tells us. Every build ships with error branches and alerts to your Slack, Telegram, or email. During the support window I fix failures free; after that, the 30-day monitoring extra or a monthly plan covers it.
n8n Cloud or self-hosted — which should I pick?
Cloud for speed and simplicity. Self-hosted when data control or execution volume matters — it is often far cheaper at scale. Tell me your volume and privacy needs and I will recommend honestly, including "stay on Cloud."
Can you fix or optimize an existing workflow instead of building new?
Yes. I audit it first — structure, failure points, credential handling — then quote the fix. Rescuing fragile builds is a large share of my work.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes — a monthly plan with monitoring, priority fixes, and small changes. Most clients start with the 30-day monitoring extra, then move monthly.
Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?
Sometimes Zapier or Make is right — I build on both. But at volume, n8n's per-execution model usually wins by a wide margin, and it allows real code when the logic gets complex.
