specialist with over 7 years of experience 

working in the US healthcare industry.

I have worked with multiple provider 

specialties including Acupuncture, Family 

Practice, Internal Medicine, Chiropractic, 

Behavioral Health, Psychotherapy, Nurse 

Practitioner, ENT, Pediatrics, and Laboratory 

(LAB) services.

My job responsibilities are as follows:

Checking insurance eligibility and benefits, 

creating and submitting claims to insurance 

companies, clearinghouse rejections and 

denial management, applying ERA/EOBs and 

patient payments, accounts receivable aging 

reports, obtaining prior authorizations, 

insurance calls, handling patient queries 

about billing, filing appeals on denied 

claims, email handling, customer service, 

and data entry.

are Kareo, NextGen, RXNT, ChiroTouch, Jane 

App, Office Ally, Simple Practice, AdvancedMD, and Medflow.
