What do you need from me to start the project?
Please provide your finalized content, preferred page size, page order, logo, brand colors/fonts if available, and a clear list of the interactive features you need. If you already have a PDF or workbook, please attach it before ordering.
What interactive features can you add?
I can add fillable text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns where suitable, clickable links, buttons, navigation, and clickable table of contents depending on your package and project requirements.
Can you redesign my existing workbook or PDF?
Yes. I can improve an existing workbook or PDF with a cleaner layout, better typography, consistent branding, and interactive functionality. Please send the current file so I can review the scope first.
Do you write or edit the workbook content?
No. This gig is primarily for workbook design and interactive PDF setup. Please provide finalized content. Minor placement adjustments are included, but copywriting, proofreading, or extensive content editing requires a separate agreement.
Is the source file included?
The editable source file is included in the Premium package. For Basic or Standard, it can be added as a Gig Extra. The source format will depend on the software used for the project.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the approved design, such as text placement, spacing, colors, formatting, or minor interactive adjustments. New pages, major redesigns, new content, or additional functionality are outside the original revision scope.
Can you handle large or complex interactive workbooks?
Yes. For projects with more pages, many form fields, complex navigation, dropdowns, buttons, or other advanced functionality, please message me before ordering so I can review the requirements and provide the appropriate scope and price.
Will the fillable PDF work on every device and PDF viewer?
Interactive PDF behavior can vary between apps and browsers. I recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader for the most consistent fillable-form experience. If you need compatibility with a specific device or application, please mention it before ordering.
