What is the difference between an expert session and an expert service pack?
An expert service pack includes all preparation, review, a live session, and one week of support after the session. The focus is on high-quality results and customer satisfaction, which also means it may not be the most 'affordable' option in the conventional sense.
Are you really a Monday partner?
Yes. I as a certified Monday partner.
How do you keep my data safe?
All data exchange is submitted via Fiverr and saved to Monday as part of the setup process. I do not store, or keep records of your data, passwords or any other sensitive information.
Can you do custom Integrations?
Yes! I am also a Zapier certified expert and the majority of my projects includes integrating Monday via Zapier with many 3rd party apps and workflows. This method provides you with greater flexibility to run your business.
What are my responsibilities as a client when it comes to my Monday.com account?
Unless otherwise stated in your order, we assume your account is active, in good standing, and bug-free. If issues arise, you are responsible for resolving them with Monday.com support, or we can handle it on your behalf for an additional hourly fee.
