How do I know which package is right for my issue?
Basic is for one simple fix. Standard is for up to 3 issues, WooCommerce bugs, plugin conflicts, or layout problems. Premium is for complex errors, critical issues, or deeper troubleshooting. If unsure, message me first.

Yes. I handle WordPress critical errors, white screen issues, fatal errors, and sites that won't load. Send your URL, error message, and hosting access if available so I can check properly.
What kind of WordPress issues do you fix?
I fix bugs, plugin/theme conflicts, WooCommerce issues, checkout problems, Elementor errors, CSS/layout problems, PHP warnings, broken forms, login issues, update errors, database issues, and small customizations.
Do you fix WooCommerce issues?
Yes. I fix WooCommerce cart, checkout, product, order, shipping, email, and payment setup issues, plus layout bugs and conflicts with WooCommerce plugins or themes.
Can you customize my WordPress website?
Yes. I can help with layout changes, CSS edits, Elementor adjustments, header/footer changes, button and form edits, section updates, responsive fixes, and small feature changes. Larger tasks may need a custom offer.
What access do you need?
Usually I need a temporary WordPress admin user. For deeper issues, I may also need hosting, cPanel, FTP/SFTP, database access, theme/plugin files, or error logs.
Will you create a backup before making changes?
If your hosting or WordPress setup allows it, I'll create or check a backup before risky changes. I also recommend keeping your own backup, especially for WooCommerce or business websites.
How fast can you complete the fix?
Many simple fixes are completed within 2-12 hours. Complex issues may take longer depending on the cause, access, and testing required. If it's urgent, message me first and I'll confirm the timeline.
What do your revisions cover?
Revisions cover adjustments related to the same agreed issue. They don't include new tasks, extra features, or unrelated problems. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited revisions for the agreed issue only.
