I will help you work through difficult thoughts and emotions
About this Gig
Do you find yourself overthinking, getting stuck in difficult thoughts, or struggling to make sense of what youre feeling?
I offer psychology-informed conversations designed to help you slow things down, understand what may be behind your thoughts and emotions, and look at them from a different perspective.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology, with a strong interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Depending on what you're dealing with, we can explore CBT-based perspectives and practical tools that may help you understand and approach your thoughts differently.
My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and non-judgmental. I will first listen and understand what you're going through rather than immediately trying to give you advice.
