This project was more than just content creation; it was an exercise in agility and empathy. I joined the Ukrain|A+ initiative at a time when the technical infrastructure of the platform (a website for consumer reviews) was on an indefinite hiatus. Instead of waiting for a technical relaunch, we pivoted our strategy to meet people where they were most active: social media. My primary mission was to breathe life into the project via TikTok. I aimed to transform a stagnant brand into a digital "safe space" that mirrored the national sentiment, delivering a simple yet powerful message: "You are not alone, and together we can overcome anything." Key Achievements & Impact: Launch from Scratch: Developed the entire TikTok strategy, including a unique visual style and an empathetic tone of voice that resonated with the community’s current needs. Viral Storytelling: Produced 30+ original videos focused on emotional connection. These weren't just clips; they were the foundation of our growing community. Organic Growth: By tapping into genuine audience pain points, I grew the account from 0 to 3,000 followers in just 4 months with zero ad spend. Community Building: Managed discussions and moderated a support-oriented environment, fostering a sense of belonging among like-minded users. Core Skills Developed: Viral Content Strategy: Mastering TikTok algorithms and organic reach. Empathetic Marketing: Handling sensitive social topics and building trust-based brand loyalty. End-to-End Production: Scripting, filming, and advanced editing (Adobe premier Pro+Adobe After Effects). Crisis Communication: Adapting brand messaging to reflect real-time social challenges.
