I will automate excel with powershell scripts and vba solutions
About this Gig
Tired of copy-pasting data into Excel every week? I build custom PowerShell scripts that automate your Excel workflows, from data extraction to formatted reports, ready in minutes instead of hours.
What I can automate for you:
Merge multiple CSV or Excel files into one clean report
Extract data from Active Directory or Microsoft 365 to Excel
Generate weekly or monthly reports with formulas and formatting
Clean, transform and validate messy data files
Filter, sort, deduplicate large datasets
Auto-send reports via email (SMTP or Outlook)
Why PowerShell instead of VBA or Python?
Runs on any Windows PC, no extra install
No macro security warnings
Handles large files without freezing Excel
Perfect for scheduled or unattended tasks
Every script comes with clean commented code, hardcoded config for easy customization, semicolon CSV delimiter (French/EU Excel compatible), UTF-8 encoding, and a test mode.
I am a professional infrastructure engineer using PowerShell daily in enterprise environments. Message me with your sample and I will confirm feasibility.

FAQ
Do you support Excel on Mac?
Scripts run on Windows and produce standard XLSX files fully compatible with Excel Mac, LibreOffice, and Google Sheets. Automation itself requires Windows to execute the script.
Can the script run without Excel installed?
Yes. I use the ImportExcel PowerShell module which doesn't require Excel to be installed on the server. Perfect for scheduled tasks on servers.
What about Office 365 / Microsoft 365 data?
Absolutely. I can extract from Exchange Online, SharePoint lists, Teams, AzureAD/Entra ID directly into Excel using Graph API or standard modules.
Can you handle huge files (500 MB+)?
Yes — PowerShell handles large CSVs far better than Excel. For very large XLSX files, we may split processing. Discuss volume before ordering.
Will the script work with French Excel (semicolon separator)?
Yes — this is my default. All my scripts use semicolon delimiters and UTF-8 encoding, natively compatible with French and European Excel.
Do I need to know PowerShell to run the script?
No. I provide a simple double-click launcher or a scheduled task setup. Zero PowerShell knowledge required to use the script daily.
