What we need from you:

We're a small studio in Germany making videos for apps and software. We do four things: 3D promo videos for mobile apps, SaaS promos with your web app in a 3D laptop, App Store previews made from real screen recordings, and 3D logo animations in chrome, glass, gold or Y2K style. Every video is built from your own screens, colors and texts. The music is our own, so no copyright claims on TikTok or YouTube. English or German. Do you also make promo videos with a 3D phone?
Yes, in a separate gig on our profile. This gig makes App Store previews, which follow Apple's rules: footage from the app itself, 15 to 30 seconds, no device frame, no hands. A promo video is an ad for social media or your website and can use a 3D phone, 3D logo and effects.
What do I need to send you?
Screen recordings of your app in full resolution, without notifications in the status bar, filled with demo data instead of real user data. Plus your logo and brand colors. In Full Set or with the extra, we record the app ourselves from a TestFlight invite or your App Store link.
Will Apple accept my app preview?
We follow Apple's app preview guidelines: footage captured from your app, 15 to 30 seconds, no device frames or hands, and the sizes App Store Connect asks for. Apple does the review, so we cannot promise approval. If Apple asks for changes, we make them as one of your revisions.
How many app previews can I upload?
Apple allows up to 3 app previews per language on your product page. Single Preview and the iPhone and iPad package include one preview. Full Set includes up to 3, each showing a different part of your app.
Do you also make a video for Google Play?
Yes. On Google Play the promo video is a YouTube link. We deliver a landscape MP4 that you upload to YouTube and add to your store listing. It comes with the iPhone and iPad package and Full Set. For Single Preview, just message us before you order.
Is the music safe to use?
Yes. We make the music ourselves, so there is no licensed track that can trigger a copyright claim on YouTube. You can use it on the App Store, Google Play and your own channels.
Can the captions be in German or another language?
Yes. Captions come in English or German, one language per order. We are based in Germany, so German is no problem. For each further language, add the "Extra language" option and send us the translation.
