BASIC $25: one file/table, 100 rows, 10 columns, three fixed rules. Two days.

All include one revision within scope. Originals and required leading zeros are preserved. Ambiguous values are flagged, not guessed. Errors against the agreed rules are corrected.

Which package should I choose?
Basic: one table and 100 rows. Standard: up to three files/tables and 200 rows. Premium: up to three files/tables and 300 rows, plus a reusable tool. All include cleaned data, a review sheet and a change summary.
How do you handle missing values and product codes?
I preserve required product codes and leading zeros, apply agreed duplicate rules and flag missing or ambiguous values for review. I do not guess replacements. Restoring a missing identifier requires a trusted reference supplied within the input limits.
Does Premium refresh data automatically?
Premium includes one Python or Windows Excel VBA tool, chosen for your environment. You run it on new files with the same agreed layout and limits. Scheduled execution, live databases/APIs, installation on extra devices and ongoing maintenance are separate.
What does the revision cover?
One consolidated round covers the original files, rules and output. New data, rules or features need a new scope. Errors against the agreed requirements are corrected. Delivery follows the platform order clock, so please provide complete requirements.
How are files, tables and rows counted?
Total source-row limits are 100/200/300 for Basic/Standard/Premium, excluding headers. Standard and Premium allow three files and three tables total, not three tables per file. Reference tables count toward the same row and table limits.
Does consolidation include matching different records?
Standard aligns agreed columns into one master table and reconciles source/output row counts. Basic rules may include exact duplicates or an agreed exact-key check. Fuzzy matching, many-to-many relationships and external verification require a separate scope.
What counts as one cleaning rule?
One rule is one agreed operation, such as trimming specified text fields, deduplicating on one key, standardizing one date format, aligning agreed columns or flagging missing required values. We confirm the rule list and expected output before work.
