I have coached and helped numerous clients achieve the body the desire. I give intense but effective training plans for each day of the week including rest days and advice on what to do on the side. I take each life of my client into account (Whether they have jobs other commitments etc..) and make them their own custom fitness plan to achieve. I also take into account there gym situation and can provide workouts based on the equipment or lack of equipment they have.
