As an aspiring author myself, I understand the desire to create a great book that resonates with your target audience. I have been an editor and book coach for a little over 5 years now, and my goal is to help writers get a step closer to their publishing dream.

What is developmental editing?
Developmental editing is a comprehensive process that focuses on improving the overall structure, coherence, and effectiveness of a manuscript. It involves feedback and suggestions to enhance plot, character development, pacing, writing style, and more.
Will you make direct changes to my manuscript?
All edits are done using Track Changes, so you can review them later and choose which ones you want to keep or change. I also add comments explaining why the edit was done and how it helps the work.
Can I communicate with you during the editing process?
Yes! I am always a message away if you have any questions or concerns before, during and after the editing process. I also offer 30 and 60-min consultations if needed.
Are my documents kept confidential?
Absolutely! I prioritise client confidentiality and maintain strict privacy standards. Your work will be handled with the utmost care and treated as confidential throughout the editing process.
How do I submit my manuscript for editing?
Once you place an order, you will receive instructions on how to securely submit your manuscript. A preferred file format is Word.
Will you retain any rights to my manuscript or claim ownership of my work?
Absolutely not. As a developmental editor, I respect your intellectual property rights. You retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript. I'm here to support you in enhancing your work, but the rights and ownership remain entirely yours.
