FAQ
What access do you need?
WordPress admin and hosting/cPanel or FTP. I recommend changing all passwords after the job is done.
Will I lose any data?
No. I take a full backup before making any changes.
How do I know my site is clean?
I re-scan after cleanup and send you a short report showing what was removed.
What if Google is showing a warning on my site?
I’ll submit a review request through Google Search Console. Google usually clears it within 1–3 days.
Can you stop it from happening again?
I fix the entry point and harden the site, which prevents most reinfections. Keeping plugins updated matters too, and I’ll explain how.
