Can you document a process you don't know anything about?
Yes - that's most orders. I send you a short question list, you answer in bullets or a voice note, and I build the SOP from that. Where I spot gaps, I flag them rather than guessing.
Do you really include flowcharts?
Yes, in every package. Most technical writing gigs are text-only or charge extra. You get an editable diagram, not a flat image.
What format do I get?
Word (.docx), Google Docs link, and PDF. All editable - nothing locked.
Can you rewrite SOPs we already have?
Yes. Send the existing doc and tell me what's wrong with it. Rewrites usually land in the Standard package.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happy to, before you share anything. Just send it with your order.
What if I need more than 6 SOPs?
Message me first. Large sets get a custom offer and work out cheaper than stacking extras.
