When do I send my script and other information?
Right after you place your order! You will see a simple form where you can attach your script. This is the place to share if you have a preferred style or tone and/or a pronunciation guide for unusual words or names.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive a high-quality mp3 and/or wav file.
What is your revision policy?
I provide one free revision with every order if requested within 72 hours of delivery. If there are any mispronunciations or errors that I have made, these are always corrected free of charge! Script changes are not revisions and will require an additional fee.
Can you add background music?
Yes, I have access to an extensive library of royalty free music beds for just about any mood or theme. Please add the "Background music" extra and allow an extra day for delivery.
What are "Commercial Rights" and do I need them?
If your purchase is for any business-related purposes (with the exception of paid marketing channels), you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra.
