I will do manual software testing and quality assurance

I have hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and functional testing of multiple ERP systems within software companies. My responsibilities included testing and validating business workflows, forms, data accuracy, approval processes, and user interactions across different user roles to ensure the systems functioned reliably and met business requirements.

What I will Do for Your Website

1. Test all modules.
2. Document detailed functional test cases for all modules.
3. Test form fields, validations, mandatory fields, drop downs, file uploads, and user inputs.
4. Test end-to-end workflows across multiple organisational roles and verify that requests and data are correctly transferred between different users and modules.
5. Prepare structured bug reports with severity, reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and screenshots.
6. Perform validation of fixes through retesting and regression testing.
