What if you cannot secure the tickets?
If I am unable to secure the tickets, you will receive a full refund.
How will I receive my Ghibli Museum tickets?
Most of my clients choose to print/collect their physical tickets at a Lawson convenience store in Japan using a Loppi machine. Hotel delivery in Japan and international shipping are available for an additional fee.
Are the tickets e-tickets?
No. These are physical paper tickets, not printable e-tickets. You’ll normally print/collect them at a Lawson convenience store in Japan using a Loppi machine.
What information will I receive after my booking is completed?
Once your booking is secured, I’ll forward the official confirmation email and send you the information needed to collect your tickets at Lawson.
Will you provide instructions for collecting my tickets?
Yes! 😊 I’ll send you the official Lawson guide along with all the information you need to print/collect your tickets using a Loppi machine. If you have any trouble or questions on the day of collection, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to help!
Can you mail the physical tickets to me instead?
Yes. Delivery to a hotel in Japan or international shipping is available for an additional fee.
Will the tickets be issued in my name?
Yes. The reservation will be made under one representative’s name from your group. Only one name is required.
What information do you need from me?
Please provide your preferred date and time, number of tickets and age categories, full name of the representative, and email address. An alternative date/time is also helpful in case your first choice becomes unavailable.
Is the $40 booking fee per person?
No. The $40 booking fee is per reservation, not per person. The individual ticket cost is added separately based on the number and ages of visitors.
Can I collect the tickets after I arrive in Japan?
Yes! You can collect your tickets at Lawson after you arrive in Japan, even on the day of your visit. There is no need to collect them immediately after the booking is made. The official collection deadline is 11:59 PM on your visit date, but please collect your tickets before visiting the museum.
