AI Virtual Assistant for SaaS CRM & ERP Automation

Maqyas Interiors • Freelance

Mar 2026 - Mar 2026 • 0 mos

Developed an AI virtual assistant designed to integrate with SaaS websites, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and business workflows. The project addressed the growing need for businesses to automate customer support, information retrieval, and repetitive operational tasks without creating disconnected systems. I designed conversational workflows and AI-assisted interactions capable of connecting business users with relevant information and processes. The solution provides a practical foundation for intelligent customer service, workflow automation, CRM assistance, and AI-powered business operations.
