FAQ
Can you model from a hand sketch or a photo?
Yes. A sketch with the main dimensions is ideal. With a photo, include at least one known measurement so I can scale it accurately.
What if I don't have dimensions?
Send a photo with a ruler or a known size next to the part. I'll estimate the rest and confirm the key sizes with you before I finalize.
Which files will I receive?
Native SOLIDWORKS files (SLDPRT/SLDASM) plus STEP and PDF drawings. Standard adds IGES and DXF, and Premium includes every format you need.
Do your drawings include tolerances and GD&T?
Yes. Drawings follow ISO or ANSI with general tolerances, and GD&T is added where the function needs it (Standard and Premium).
Can you do sheet metal parts?
Yes. I'm CSWP Sheet Metal certified and can deliver bend-ready models plus flat-pattern DXF files for laser cutting.
Do you manufacture the part?
No. I deliver digital files only, ready for your machine shop, laser cutter or 3D printer.
