I'm a Meditation coach with 24 years of experience in advanced internal arts, mindfulness training, and martial arts. I help beginners get started in meditation as well as seasoned meditators reach deeper levels in their practice. I work with people one-on-one to discuss the deepest parts of life and seek out the root of their problems mentally, physically and spiritually. Through various guided meditations, deep conversations, exercises, and pure meditation, we will see it through together that you achieve your goals.

My goal is to simplify all explanations in plain English so you completely understand. No need for extensive esoteric vocabulary if you don't need or desire it. I pride myself on my feedback of being good at exactly that. My trained patience is yours to exploit.
