I fabricate, assemble and test your PCB prototype through JLCPCB, then send you a documented test report.
Send me your Gerbers, BOM and firmware. I order the boards, get them assembled, and test them on the bench you learn exactly what works and what to fix for rev 2.
WHY ORDER THROUGH ME
I use low-cost SMT prototyping daily a run starts at 2 pieces, and fabrication and assembly reach my bench within 4 days. I know which footprints, panel sizes and tolerances pass engineering review without a query email.
REVISION POLICY
One free rework per order. Major error I re-order the PCB and transplant your parts; you pay only the new PCB fee. Minor issue, like a few wrong traces fixed with jumper wires at no charge.

FAQ
Do I get the physical board?
No — this is a testing service and delivery is a digital test report. The prototype stays in my lab. If you need it shipped back, you cover the shipping cost, quoted separately before shipping.
What counts as a "major error" vs a "minor fix"?
Major = the board can't work without a new PCB (wrong footprint, broken net, wrong pinout) — I re-order and transplant your parts, you pay only the new PCB cost. Minor = a few wrong traces — fixed with jumper wires free. A full re-layout, or a design change you request after testing, is quoted separ

How fast is it really?
Fabrication and assembly typically reach my bench within 4 days. During Chinese public holidays this can extend — I'll tell you before you order if your timeline is at risk.
My board doesn't fit any package.
