Turn your monthly sales CSVs into refreshable Excel reports using Power Query.
I will build a reusable workbook to combine sales exports, clean agreed fields, and create summaries. Standard and Premium also match one product master by product code.
You receive:
- An Excel workbook with editable Power Query queries
- Summary tables for your selected package
- Query source code and a short refresh guide
- Checks of row counts, sales totals, and unmatched codes where applicable
Add a CSV with the same structure, then click Refresh to update your reports.
Initial setup limits:
Basic: 1 CSV, 5,000 total rows, 1 summary.
Standard: up to 3 CSVs plus 1 product master, 10,000 total rows, 2 summaries.
Premium: up to 10 CSVs plus 1 product master, 25,000 total rows, 3 summaries including rankings.

Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send sample files, your required summaries, and your Excel version and operating system. I will confirm the scope, compatibility, and suitable package before you order.
Can I update the report with new data?
Yes. Replace the source file, or add a new CSV to the folder if your package includes folder import, then use Refresh in Excel. New data must follow the agreed column names and layout. A refresh guide is included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment within the agreed scope, such as changing column order or report formatting. Additional data sources, new summaries, or a different input layout require a separate scope review.
