FAQ
What systems do you integrate?
Any system with a documented REST API. Most common: Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Slack, OpenAI, Claude,Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. If you're not sure your system has an API, send me the docs link before ordering.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Premium tier includes 14 days of post-delivery support. For ongoing maintenance, we can discuss a retainer after the initial delivery is verified working.
Will my API credentials be safe?
Yes. Credentials go into .env files and are never committed to source control. I delete all credentials from my dev environment after delivery. Optional: I can work entirely on your infrastructure via SSH.
Can you do a video call before ordering?
I prefer async written communication for technical scoping—it gives us a clear audit trail and faster iteration. For visual walkthroughs I record a Loom video. If you need a live call, please ensure your requirements are also clearly written so we have a reference document.
What if your integration breaks because the third party changes their API?
Within 14 days post-delivery I fix any breakage caused by upstream API changes for free (Premium tier). Beyond that, breakage from third-party changes is billed at hourly rate. I document all third-party API versions used so changes are traceable.
