Do I need to give you access to my Google account?
No. The bot uses a separate service account, and you only share one sheet with it. Your Google password is never needed.
Can I edit the sheet while the bot is running?
Yes. Add columns, sort and filter as usual. If the bot shows prices or schedules from the sheet, it always uses the latest data.
Can it work with Excel instead of Google Sheets?
The bot works best with Google Sheets because the data updates live. I can also export the data to Excel or CSV.
Is there a limit on the number of entries?
A Google Sheet holds up to 10 million cells, which is enough for most businesses. For very large volumes I can add a database.
Do I need a server?
Yes, the bot has to run 24/7. A basic VPS costs about $5/month. Deployment is included in Standard and Premium.
