What data formats do you accept?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or a plain export from your platform's backend. If your data is in something else, message me before ordering and I'll tell you whether it works.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I don't reuse, share, or publish your data or your report. Files are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them. If you need a signed NDA, ask before ordering.
What if I want the analysis to look at something different after I see the first draft?
Each package includes revisions (see Basic/Standard/Premium above) for adjusting what's already there. Asking for a new analysis angle you didn't mention originally is new scope, not a revision. I'll quote it separately, usually a small add-on.
Can you turn this around faster than the listed delivery time?
Sometimes. Message me before ordering with your deadline. If I can hit it, I'll offer a rush add-on (typically +50%). I won't promise a rush I can't actually deliver.
Do you write full academic papers, take exams, or ghostwrite assignments?
No. This is a data-analysis service: I analyze your file and explain what it shows. If you're a student, check that your institution allows external analysis support before ordering. I won't write full papers, sit exams, or produce work meant to pass as your unaided output.
