I will create business workflow automations for you

About this gig
Running a small business means wearing every hat. Somewhere in there, hours get lost each week on repetitive tasks: copying leads into a spreadsheet, sending the same follow-up emails, updating your CRM by hand, or juggling info across different apps.
Worse, a lead's email sits unanswered for days while you're busy running the business, and by the time you reply, they've already booked with a competitor. Add in the occasional typo, missed step, or forgotten follow-up that comes with doing everything manually, and it's easy to see how much business quietly slips away.
I build simple, reliable automations that connect the tools you already use, like your email, CRM, spreadsheets, and calendar, so information flows between them automatically and nothing falls through the cracks. That includes automatic appointment setting, so a new lead can book time on your calendar the moment they reach out, without you lifting a finger.
No tech background needed on your end. Tell me what's eating up your time, or costing you opportunities, and let's build a fix together.

FAQ
Do I need to already have a Zapier/n8n account?
Yes, since the automation runs on your account and you'll continue to own it after delivery. If you don't have one yet, I'll guide you through setting up the right plan for your needs before we start.
Will you need access to my business tools and data?
Yes, to build the automation I'll need temporary access to the specific apps involved (e.g., your CRM, email platform, or spreadsheet). I only request access to what's needed for this project, never full account credentials, and I'm happy to walk through exactly what access is required before.
What happens if my needs are bigger than what's listed in a package?
No problem, message me with your process and I'll either point you to the right tier or send a custom quote if it goes beyond what's listed. It's much easier to scope this correctly upfront than to discover halfway through that more apps or steps are needed.
What's the difference between a "revision" and an extra automation step?
A revision means adjusting or fixing something within the original agreed scope (e.g., changing which field maps where). Adding a new app, trigger, or step beyond what was scoped counts as additional work and would be quoted separately, this keeps pricing fair for both of us.
Do I own the automation after it's built?
Yes, once delivered, the workflow runs on your account and you own it outright. I'll also provide documentation explaining how it works so you're not dependent on me to understand your own process.
What if the automation breaks after delivery?
Every package includes a support window (7 to 30 days depending on tier) where I'll fix any issues at no extra charge. After that, I offer ongoing monthly maintenance if you'd like continued monitoring and support, details in a separate offer.
Do I need any technical skills to use this once it's set up?
No, the automation runs on its own once built. You'll get a plain-language walkthrough (and a call, on Standard/Premium) so you understand what it does, but day-to-day you won't need to touch the technical side unless your process changes.
Can you add AI features, like automatically drafting responses or summarizing information?
Yes, that's included at the Premium tier and can be added to Standard as a custom add-on. Just note in your order or message me the specific AI task you have in mind so I can scope it accurately.
How long does delivery actually take once we start?
Delivery times listed per tier start once I have the access and information I need from you. Delays in providing account access or answering setup questions will extend the timeline accordingly, I'll flag this clearly if it comes up.
What if I'm not satisfied with the delivered automation?
I'll work with you through the included revisions to get it functioning as scoped. If something was clearly miscommunicated on my end, I want to make it right, message me directly rather than opening a dispute first, most issues are quick to resolve through conversation.
